30.10.06 @ 09:46 oh man. i'm trying to interest myself in cross cultural. i hope i'll get good grades for this sem. really. can't wait for next sem's sip. but that's provided that i can go rsi. but i've to do well for both chinese newswriting and also for mep. i'll study hard!! oh ya. my gum is swollen. its like a piece of extra gum is floating on top of my last teeth. ouch. i can't even eat properly. crap. imagine. you are a subordinate. you're working in this company where everything is peaceful and happy. your employer makes you feel important by making you in charge of a certain department and acting director during certain times. however, when it comes to decision making, the employer makes all the decision. sometimes the employer does not even consult you for the decisions that requires your attention. sometimes, the employer just makes you feel important just so that you will remain in the company. so that you won't quit and go to another. it's as if it is to appease you. make you feel important but they don't see you as important. they will only ask you to be the acting director when they don't feel like being the director. how would you feel? well, i sure hope there'll be someone who can tell me how you feel about the above situation. i'm just curious. there's band practice today. played persis the other day. sounds kinda crappy. or at least i feel that it sounds weird. people coming in late. blah blah blah. i'm going to nag today or the next time i conduct persis. i don't care. i'm going to nag at them. especially near bar 114. lol. hmm later going orchard with my 'girl' and my 'mother-in-law' to orchard. go accompany my 'girl' take a look at macs. my apple~!
