29.9.07 @ 14:43 yeah~! sip is finally over!! 24 weeks of 8hours of computer staring is finally over!!! yeah~~! but well, i'm still working for the next three weeks. so, ya. but it's a half day job. which means, i'm only like working from 11 to 3! but mondays and fridays i'll be waiting for my darling jolene till 5. so while waiting, i'll do bits and pieces of my report (that's like due in a month's time). haha. happy me. ****************************************** thursday night. got dragged over to the bbq by eden and grace they all. its difficult not to do as they wish when you have grace screaming into the phone when you're on board a super crowded bus you know. so well, got there around 8pm. left around 9.15pm. and me, randy, olivia and isaac had to wait like 40 minutes for the stupid bus lar. so idiotic. while we're there, had an exchange of really interesting ringtones. lolx. super funny lar. got home, ate my mommy's salmon and slept. ****************************************** i've been like super tired the past few days. don't know why. on wednesday i overslept 2 bus stops lar. lucky i woke up lor. and on thursday and friday i nearly overslept. lucky i woke up on time ar. if not i don't know how i'm going to get to work on time. and i've been falling asleep very quickly at home too. maybe it's telling me to take a break from all this stuff? oh ya. i nearly slept at work yesterday too! listening to the same audio track for loads of times just to ensure that there's no mistake is like listening to a lullaby. ****************************************** hmm, oh yes. jolene's birthday celebration on tuesday night. haha. met up with qinghui to buy her present. haha. and i told jolene that i was working OT. lolx. we manage to get the bag that we wanted to buy. and its the last piece! so lucky right? then met up with the jolene, isaac, eric, judith and webster at kfc opposite school. amazing how you can't find paper lanterns and candles when you want to find them. but well, we still have judith's candles and sparklers! then jerome came and met us.   we tried the three headed broadway star thing. so lame. haha. and we have the 1 word story thing too. and and we had the think of a theme and act out what you think of it. haha. and one of the theme (suggested by me) was think of randy and the things that comes to you. WAHAHA. you won't want to know what i thought about. haha. then we took emo photos (which jolene calls them artistic shots) at the carpark, with each of us looking like a ghost. haha. then jumping shots~! wee! anyway, haven't got the pictures yet. will post them when i get them. ****************************************** hmm, i'm listening to the pieces that we played during our year 1 (Music Madness, 30 March 2006) and year 2 concert (Time and Tide, 10 March 2007) well, those songs bring back loads of memories. the funny things that happened while rehearsing the script with randy, the first time i emceed, the shock i had when the lights came on for interval, the time when i had to play high G for song and dance, the fun and peace that we all had in ay 05/06.      the people we had with us who have since quitted/graduated, the support seniors have shown us, the high A and chiong-ar! spirit with zhexing for noah's ark, the times i conducted the band for practices and rehearsals, the times that i would steal a glance, the times when we are so united as one, the chalet, the friendships that were built in those months, the fun we all shared in ay 06/07.   if only i could turn back time to experience all the fun we had again. p.s. i'm not emo-ing here. just thinking of the past. and speaking the truth. ****************************************** alright, some happy things now. went for boston brass concert on sunday night. and WOW they're good! its not just playing wise, they're funny and ... funny. haha. can't help but laugh at times. they're really good. i'm serious. oh ya, and we went to makansutra for dinner. spend like don't know how much. love the hokkien mee and chicken wing. the ice kachang was abit ... rushed though. because we had to catch our last train. and ya, we went to change my jacket on sunday too. and i can fit in it now! haha.  anyway. think that'll be it for now. jolene! faster come online and send me the photos! ya, so, until next time, tada! with love, xoxo |
